Cancellation Policy

We have overwhelming confidence that you have made a life changing decision to take greater cause over your life by accessing and availing yourself of a technology which can be universally applied, as well as making connections with highly motivated professionals which are here to ensure you succeed.
It is for this reason that we have built out one of the most holistic sales training courses the world has ever seen. We are also chasing a better version of ourselves, and we understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.
In the improbable event, where you are not satisfied, and we can not work with you to resolve it, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning your product before you begin.

Cancellation: 
Those who choose to cancel, your relationship with Limelight Media will be terminated. There will be no refund and you will not be eligible for future service.

Refunds:
For a full refund ALL of the following must be met:
  • Purchase of the product must be made within 7 days of the request for refund.
  • You have not been on-boarded or completed any service including the use of Mike Barron’s Closer Academy, Black Belt Program and Mike Barron’s Closer Agency Programs.
  • ​You have paid for your product or service in FULL. Installment plans are not eligible for a refund.

For products under $500:
We offer a 7-day refund period for course purchases if less than 40% of total course material has been viewed (we use a database provider who provides accurate metrics regarding viewership of total course content). However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.

You can be terminate from your enrolment without refund if the following happens:

  • You become disruptive or difficult to work with;
  • You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
  • ​You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s). 

What you must agree to on the refund request form:

I understand that by receiving a refund from Limelight Media, LLC that I will longer be eligible to purchase future products produced by Limelight Media, LLC and or Mike Barron. You will also not be eligible to attend future training including webinars, virtual events, and in-person events administered by Limelight Media, LLC and or Mike Barron. Furthermore, you understand you will not be eligible for future compensation from Limelight Media, LLC such as pending or future affiliate commissions. Both
Licensee and Licensor agree that this agreement serves as a remedy for any lack of service satisfaction. In addition, both parties waive their right to further dispute such damages in a court of law as it pertains to the initial Agreement unless a breach of this Agreement by either party is committed. The party’s responsibilities in this Agreement are subject to all relevant laws and government regulations. Non Disclosure of Licensor’s Trade Secret Information: I understand and agree that the Licensor expects me to respect any trade secret information of any of my former employers, business associates, or others. Licensee agrees to respect the Licensor’s express direction not to disclose to the Company, its officers, or employees, any such trade secret information so long as it remains confidential. Non-disparagement: I agree now, and after my agreement with the Licensor terminates, not to disparage, directly or indirectly, the Company in any way or to make negative, derogatory, or untrue statements about the Company, its business activities, products, services, or any of its directors, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives to any person or business entity.
